Using garlic against a vaginal infection might sound freaky but it is one of the oldest recipes against many types of infections. I even used it against an intense Yeast Infection (and it was burning quite strongly which is always a sign of healing). I am sure it took a big part of my healing process.
Here is how you can use garlic for the intimate area
# Step 1:
Take a clove of fresh garlic and peel off the natural white paper shell that covers it, leaving the clove intact. I recommend to make a small hole inside the garlic and attach a string to it so that you can easily pull it out again.
#Step 2:
At bedtime, put the clove into the vagina.
#Step 3:
In the morning, remove the garlic clove and throw it in the toilet.
Garlic may cause slight burning
The garlic can often cause the vagina to have a watery discharge. You may only need one night’s treatment, but if not continue for two more days or until all the itchiness has gone. If you have a chronic infection where you have got white discharge and red sore labia, you may need to increase the dose of garlic a little. Clean the white discharge away with a tissue before applying the garlic in this case.
In some cases the garlic may cause slight burning, so take care not to scratch or score the garlic clove before insertion to reduce the chances of this. If you have an advanced case of vaginal infection, you may not even notice this burning.
